I started working as an IT professional in 1987 and then developed into senior positions within those companies. Over the last 20 years, in Management and Leadership positions, I have set up IT departments, and Business development in South Africa and Mozambique. I started a few small businesses in the early 2000s and in 2009 managed to get a property development startup going developing sectional titles. Later in 2011 decided to move away from the corporate world and started another business focused on IT products and services. I develop young talent to develop young talent to assist growth of business. I then followed my passion for growing individuals and businesses by joining SA Business Coaches South Africa where I formally started a Business Coaching business. In the last 20 years of my employment, I mentored and coached over 70 individuals. They grew within the company. Many of them are holding very senior positions today. I assisted over 15 startup SME’s of which 90% still running. When starting my business, was able to scale the IT business to be a national business by developing young talent while helping them grow themselves in their business. By joining SA Business Coaches I am continuously improving on my methods, framework, tools, and competencies to apply in my coaching business. I’ve managed and coached large teams, managed my own businesses, business growth, people, teams, self, other people, conflict, and conflict management.<\/span><\/p>\n
